whose order is accepted by the Company. The 'Recipient' means the
person who receives goods produced by the Company and purchased

Ordering
As soon as an order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed
to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by
the Company. A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the
Company despatches an email message to the Purchaser, confirming
that the Company has received the Purchaser's order, regardless
of whether the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.
Service
The Company aims to dispatch all orders from stock within three
working days following receipt of order. Any delays over and above
this time will be notified by telephone or e-mail.
Returns Policy
The Company offers a no quibble guarantee to exchange or refund
your purchases.
Refund: simply return your purchases
to us within 14 days, clearly stating that you would like a refund.
We will then reimburse the cost of each item directly to your credit
card. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange: simply return your purchases

We will then despatch replacement goods straight away at no further
cost to you.
Cancellation: if you change your
mind after you have submitted an order, or have ordered in error,
you have the right to cancel at any time up to 7 days following
receipt of the goods. Please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail
at info@albyn-int.com to allow us to cancel the order if it has
not been processed. If it has been processed and you have received
the goods and wish to return them, please contact us to arrange
a refund. Please note, the cost of returning unwanted goods ordered
in error is the responsibility of the customer.
