After quickly developing a working brief Albyn supplied samples and costings for 2 gift boxes. Using Albyn’s NPD function as an extension of the team released management time from day-to-day project administration – the tried and tested NPD process involved reporting and updating critical path milestones to ensure deadlines were met.
